If anyone else is having this problem,heres the solution..
Find countrys id in Stringtable.ini file,edit ConquerCountrySettings in Json folder,and change ConquerID number into number of Conquest you re playing,for ex. 1003 (third conquest) into 1001 (first conquest),if ID of a country you added/activated doesnt exist on the list,simply copy existing one and change its specifications i.e. "CountryID" and "id".
