Saltin , Mountbatten , Erich von Manstein , I have been getting S on all other conquest with no problems except 1812, where Brazil doesn't go to Mexico and the United States eats a giant shiet by building a massive navy using my lend-lease money while Canadian and Mexican artilleries are hammering Washington DC. I have maxed tech, maxed Murat/Dabrowski, good Massena and slightly weak Karl, good Mahmuh and slightly weak Alexander.
EDIT: oh and btw, what's the maximum amount of turns for S rank for 1/2/3 star countries in each conquest? I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.

i would recommend for 1 * bavaria, morocco or naples. for 2 * sweden, italy or denmark. for 3 star ottomans or usa. I think s rank is not only based on the number of turns but with 150 turns with a 1 * country getting an s rank.

Seger, I tried both the U.S and Ottoman, got 65 turns and only A for both. And I ragequitted playing with Naple right afterward when the US keeps building Frigates with my money while being killed in the inland. Might try out Bavaria since its a bit closer to the center and can kill Austria/Prussia faster.

I think the cutoff for S rank in 1812 is somewhere around 50 turns for 3 star countries... I almost got it as France, but I forgot about the small Mexican island off the west coast near their capitol, so I got turn 54 RIP. Anyways, I recommend Russia, France, or Prussia. There are guides on those... Anyways I don't really know your tech level/what generals you have, but Prussia and Russia worked pretty well for me, and I recommend playing on the crown side as you get both Canada and Mexico in North America, and I find that the US doesn't use/wastes any money I donate to it. Random tip: If Canada is losing, donate all your money to Mexico, and vice versa, don't ask me why, but it works. |

Your random tip I believe works because , it's a distraction for US to rush to Mexico then Canada can build up units an prepare for the counterattack. Nice watching that. ๐ |

Sweden and Morocco Sweden is great because all you need is beat the danes, and once their out(except the one in Greenland), you can just send some units there in a span of around 15 turns and destroy them completely, while you just slowly beat the French and Poles. The units you sent to take Greenland(i suggest having one general among them), send them towards US, land somewhere in Canada of course. Your main force should destroy the French, while you split your forces. If you don't have enough gens, then focus on the ottomans, and only send one general towards Italy. But if you have atleast 8 gens, send 2 towards italy(Preferably cavalry so they can catch up with your main force) and 4 towards the Ottomans. Donate to Canada and Mexico early on. Donate to Egypt once in a while, and around the time you conquer France and Poland, Donate to Egypt the majority of your resources, and some to Morocco. Crush the US with your allies. Morocco is more fun. If you have a navy gen, it will even be more fun. If you have a navy gen, send him towards Greenland along with some militia or free unit given near the water(the fewer the better). Prepare your forces, and around turn 2 declare war on Algeria and Capture their undefended city(if you can). Kill their general and it should be a cakewalk. I have some tactics and strategies i already have for Morocco, so you can find them, or ask stoic for some because he probably read them or knows them  . Once Algeria is lost, defend the beaches from the incoming italians, then launch your units towards italy once you feel the main force of italians are destroyed. Send some units towards the Ottomans, and send some generals preferably artillery, since they have the fire power to destroy cities, and they are slow, which means sending them towards italy would strand them there. After you conquer greenland with your tiny force,use them to help the Canadians and Mexicans to destroy the US. After you destroy Italy and Naples, send them to France. Your remaining force in Ottoman land should just continue capturing. Denmark isn't really a problem, despite some claiming it to be, you don't even have to donate to Sweden. Donate to Prussia instead, and even if the Danes beat the Swedes out of their lands, Prussia and Russia would crush the Swedes provided you take out or distract Italy and Ottomans. Donate to Spain primarily, but balance your donations to Canada and Mexico, the earlier the better and easier. Denmark is also easier, but more micro managing. There are a lot of approach depending if you want a speed run or normal run, but regardless what it is, all you need to do is beat the Swedes. I can give a guide, but later. Just choose between Morocco and Sweden. Spain and Russia are good choices for 3 star countries. |
