the purpose of the game is to explain what the player did to create the photo. if you get it right, it's your turn to make a riddle. how is this possible? (No tech)

Firstly, this takes place in 1798, since I see the flag of the HRE rather than that of Austria. Plus, Venice only belongs to the Hasburgs in 1798.
It's obvious that you moved some troops, for example the Grenadier at Trabzon to the coastal tile north of it, the Ankara garrison to the coast and Mahmud to Bucharest and Seyyed to the Turkish Straits.
You have also recruited 1 light arty in the Istanbul factory and 1 riffleman in Athens.
You defended against the assault on Belgrade which would lead to the death of the pre-set line inf and the HRE troops surrounding it.
As for the British, they will naturally come to you, but you likely used Seyyed to lure them to the Bosphorus Straits (if I recall the straits nearer to the Black Sea correctly).
The weird thing is that Sarajevo is unharmed and Radetzky is nowhere to be seen because he only turns east if the player is the Ottoman Empire. Furthermore, it is impossible to draw Italy in early enough to lure Radetzky away while enticing the HRE to build a clipper at Venice.
