I would say, prioritize tank. If you can not afford energy, upgrade artillery instead. When in pacific scenarios you should consider navy too. In cold war and modern war upgrade your air force and missiles. Forts and air defenses are not that important.

My first gen actualy. Manstein still necesary. really? Guderian is better than manstein, but I agree if you are talking about his slower movement speed If you buy Manstein, you don’t have to get Rokossovsky and can instead get Rommel. That saves you about 500 medals. |

I did the game upto Pacific Axis Burma campaign and Pacific allies Guadacal with only Messe. Just with some Pacific upgrades. After doing 2 conquests, I bought Guderian. He just wrecks everything. His Blitzkrieg ability is awesome as he helps to destroy those enemy artillery. I didn't even invest a cent on this game. All the progress I achieved are with my SKILL. |
