Lannes got nerfed so hard that the anvil broke, also Suvorov seems kinda nerfed and is kind of weird for the general that never lost a single battle. Well, I can't agree that Suvorov got nerfed either. He was very likely the best infantry general in EW4. But that was because some skills were absolutely useless and only a handful of generals could have 4 of them. Suvorov had 4, but only 3 were useful ("Infantry tactics" was a trash). Now he has 5 decent skills and what is more is able to make use of Infantry masters fighting nearby. We have many good Infantry generals now, but this fact alone doesn't make Suvorov a weakling.

It's funny that though Lannes is nerfed, I like him more in Euw6. Lannes is strong in euw4 as a hybrid and I'm not a fan of hybrid gen, also he cost emblems. In Euw6, he's more infantry focus with a cheap 50% discount price, which is very reasonable. I think Lannes euw6 is better price/performance than Lannes euw4. I agree, actually. Lannes is an important part of my Infantry team (I started to play again a month or so ago). I find all his skills very useful especially in an Infantry oriented lineup. Moreover he is arguably one of the best generals when fighting against cavalry. Two bonuses plus Plain fighting plus 3 Commanders nearby... Atomic explosion Consistent output too! Unlike Karl who either is a peashooter or one shots murat on a tank.

Funny enough, i used him in ew4 and thought he was meh. On double guards he is nothing special, unless put on machine gunners. Even then, any fool with assault art outperforms suvorov with his 4 infantry skills. Plus flanking and cavalry, enough said. In ew6, he actually deals massive and unique damage. On top of that, he has an antidebuffing skill, and very versatile. Overall imo, he is if anything buffed from his ew4 self. Although I do admit that we all have different playstyles

Most Buffed: Blucher, Napoleon, Karl, Alexander I, Barclay, Archduke John Kinda Buffed: Kutuzov, Suchet, Massena, Sakurako, Suvorov, Wilhelm III, Jourdan, Paget Consistent: Scharnhorst, Nelson, Washington, Dabrowski, Jervis, Eugene, Ney, Kinda Nerfed: Lannes, Fatimah, Lan, Sophia, Davout, Lasalle, Dearborn, Most Nerfed: Wellesley, Golitsyn, Savary, Yermolov, Radetsky, Kate, Isabella, Moreau, Poniatowski, Berthier, Hopefully I didn’t miss any. Got all the main generals anyway. I’d say the biggest change was for John (known as Archduke J in EW4). He went from being downright horrible to being more like Sophia than Sophia. The neville longbottom of Easytech games as you might say Did Wellesley become that nerfed? He was okay in euw4, but not that good. You forgot Duckworth. He was an good general in European War 4, but not so great in European war 6.
