PHASE 2 UNITED KINGDOM Government - As Germany ( Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby Jr) is invading neutral countries like Belgium, The government believes that staying neutral is not a safe move and their resources can get affected. Hence, a war is declared on Germany, as a result, according to Anglo Japanese Alliance Japan ( Nobunaga Oda) is also expected to join in the war and declare war on Germany. Research - Many military officials are concerned about the escalating tensions on the international front and are wondering about future tactics in case the war actually occurs. They have decided to introduce new infantry tactics and primarily focus on it, the trench warfare specially. Many defense and economic experts are arguing to improve banking systems and paper works for quick orders and efficient actions on time, and want to include conscription law to introduce young men to the military. (Let me keep the momentum going, I guess nobody is interested, or everybody is busy, but I am not) PHASE 2 FINLAND GOVERNMENT - The government has decided to prepare infantry units for war and launch an invasion as late in winter as possible so that all other units of artillery and tanks in which Russia ( Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby Jr) has an advantage can be nullified. As it was observed that France ( Seger) dominated the war against Germany ( Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby Jr, again) they are thinking to take UK ( K S Thimayya) on their side, so that they support the country by giving them supplies as battle against Russia is sure to last long. And seems unfair to some regards (As nobody remarked anything on diplomacy rule I made on discussion and clarification thread I will use that rule for diplomacy) Need a 6 (with two dices, using this feature for the very first time on mobile) RV8NIlr4· |

Now as per recruitment per phase, we have 5 infantry, 2 tanks and an artillery. Thus 12 bp are added. Net Bp =33. Turns 5 on infantry tactics and 2 on banking systems. Thus progress made Infantry tactics (8/12) Banking systems (6/7) |

That's a lot, but my country IS big.
