hmm I thought every player had 7 turns per phase? Seems like you spent 9 for research xD, lets standardize at 7 turns per phase, but since your a neutral country all is well I used ET's standardised turn count for Research and construction. Every new Round, all work in progress have their turns increased by 1. Then, each sacrificed phase adds 1 more turn to a specified work in progress. Since I specified that it was for Research, all Research items have turn count increased by 1. Thus, 1 (from game progression) + 2 (from 2 sacrificed phases) = increase in Research turn by 3 for all items under Research.

Just one question. Do the vacant countries like Russia, Italy e.t.c. will also gain troops? If so, do we need to mention their provinces as well to tally their total bp? If there are no members under those countries yet, they stay neutral and cant mobilize troops nor attack. If your country and an enemy is separated by a neutral country, then you can go to google maps to see the fastest possible route of provinces you can travel to attack your enemy. 1 turn= move 3 provinces. For example I am Japan and I want to attack Pyongyang, North Korea. I spend one turn crossing the sea, then 1 more turn by Busan, Seoul then Pyongyang. If a new member wants to take italy or japan then we start to help them calculate BP, troops and provinces. Pardon if I sound like an experienced RP player or Mod, this is my first time and I am only relating what I read in the rules by netherfreek and also adapting it to our particular game... so if you have any suggestions do voice them!

I plan to spend 2 turns on Infantry Tactics (2/12), 2 turns on Tank Tactics (2/20), and then start preparing to send my armies against France you have 7 turns. so maybe movement in ally's country can be 3 provinces lengthwise, and for enemies must be one by one. Would you like to spend your 3 remaining turns to move to Gdansk, Bydgoszcz, Poznan (poland), Berlin, Hanover, Dortmund, Cologne then Ameins? You have 1/3 turn left but idk how that works xD btw what provinces do you have? I have Konigsborg and Gdansk. That's it.

Fine I'll lose one BP and give the city to Prussia you don't have to give up one, but choose another province of zurich or graz or something. So the units are where they fight? I thought they had to fight to reach them, and I think the last two battles have won if my calculations are correct. Now it's ten BA for me and 4 for you.
