So I have decided to try playing EW5 again, and for some reason it keeps saying internet error, had troubles connecting. I know my internet isn't the problem as I could restore purchases on WC4 fine.

Also just restored purchases just fine on old phone, and noticed a different ID. I am using the same email and Google account for it. What gives?

Minnesotaball, when this happened on my wc4 I just cleared wc4 data and cache and tried. Maybe uninstall and reinstall. If not, this might be a ew5 glitch so maybe jamesyang can help

my first post in ew5/ew4 lol, these bugs occur quite often so its pretty normal, the ritual of network resets, storage clearance and reinstalling works well most of the time, Just remember to save your progress before trying to troubleshoot!

In EW5, you can only restore old phurchases in same phone. Different phones have different IDs and can't restore data although same Google play ID. I think you should show pay history and ask ET give you redeem code to get back what you bought (it's just my opinion, not yet try)

Bought a lot of medals, Napoleon and Washington. I have emailed easytech before, cannot remember how long it took for them to get back to me. Again, thanks for the help guys, very appreciated.

So just attach pictures showing my purchases? Because that is what I did. I think you should give your Old phone ID and New phone ID, (In-game ID - screen capture), CH Playstore, Google play IDs (To prove that you are the owner of 2 In-game IDs) to ET to check if necessary.

I put the old phones ID, new ID, screenshots of my purchases, and asked if I could somehow transfer it over. Hope to hear from Easytech soon. I also emailed them with the same email I have on my Google play account I made the purchases, and noted that. Hope this works.

Gave them my old and new ID's and screenshots of my purchases. That should hopefully be enough. Also told them the email I emailed them with was the one that made the purchases in Google play.
