I just finished konev forty percent off mission and about to finish Nimitz as well, should I buy Nimitz first or konev
I am on 1950 cold war and cleared both first missions of cold war, I currently have messe leeb and guderian and I have
2615 medals

No need for a navy general if you aren’t having issues with naval levels. |

I reckon I can get Nimitz after completing 1950 conquest and then I can do those dreadful cold war missions But man does konev looks so cheap and great. The forty percent off mission was so easy after I got super artillery. The Nimitz on looks kinda hard tho |

Yeah, Konev is fortunately one of the easier “Famous Generals” to get. You don’t even need Super Artillery. Rocket Artillery with some upgrades is already enough to clear even the last mission.

Well it doesn't matter anymore cuz I've got both
After some exercises and European hard missions, I managed to get enough medals to buy Nimitz
The Nimitz mission looks hard but with bruchminati and Harry's strategy I managed to clear the mission
Something really weird is that the Japanese navy do not occupy your occupied port. In your guide, you should mention that once you occupied the ports they don't occupy it back making it easier
BTW surprisingly, the carriers strategy works magically
PS which general should I aim for, I am thinking of Rommel, I now have messe leeb guderian konev and the newly acquired Nimitz

Forty percent I got him for like 1767 medals. For my general path, getting guderian is the hardest imoAh, i think what you mean is that how far i am on Rommel's missions. i just finished the unlocking mission. Definitely got to try the 20 percent mission. i heard that the 40 percent mission is kinda tricky. i see posts saying that it not possible without manstein. But ive got guderian and konev, shouldn't they be they be the best in game. btw is rundstedt or dowding worth buying, but again that will only matter after i hired Rommel. Rommel looks like he is the second best, not counting manstein. |

those posts are desperate, with your generals as long as you follow the guides finishing his 40% will be quite easy  it is best to leave infantry generals the last to buy as you settle your important roster first. Try to get one more tank general, roko, or an air general like arnold or yamamoto. You can go with Dowding too |
