He looks like Frodo Baggins to me Octavian won a struggle after Caesar's assassination and was officially the first Emperor of Rome. August is named after him, btw. Octavian Augustus Caesar was his full name. |

He is Caesar’s favorite, and it shows. Definitely one of the best archer leaders in the game

I saw today 538 damage dealt by my Commander on chariots. Very dangerous unit... So, against them it is better to be prepared. Octavian could really come in handy in this situation. No doubt, they will be our principle adversaries in "Octavian vs. Antony" campaign. My guess, Chinese elite cavalry has excellent bonuses as well.   |

Octavian is a good general. But I think buying cleo is wiser. But still counterattack is a good skill. We all need someone to dump our leftover scrolls into. But cleopatra can potentially have 2 leader skills, and both of them buffed. On top of that, she has an aura buff. She does lose both counterattack and besiege (a great skill) but she gains so much back
