Why? Are those scrolls in the pocket toxic? Well no, but lvl 4 counterattack is better than lvl 1 besiege or plain I am not sure You can reach lvl4 of any skill with the scrolls recieved as bonus rewards or achievements. I suppose You will anyway need to buy it. |

I suppose You will anyway need to buy it. Well, probably it is possible if the initial level of the skill is high enough (3, for example). Besides, the chance is high there are more scrolls hidden in future campaigns. I will wait for an update before I will buy additional scrolls. I'd better concentrate now on leveling up a couple of my generals to marshals (crown and spear are really good). |

Really? It is not ET But, yet, it is true I haven't bought a single scroll. The initial level of IC of Pompey is 3. I collected 6 scrolls from campaigns and rewards, and it is lvl 4 now.  |

Moreover, the number of some important skrolls is very close to lvl 4.   The chance is high that I will upgrade AC of Mithridates absolutely without any expenditures... And it was lvl 2, when I bought him. |

I legit had 9 navy commander scrolls before restarting. |

While we are waiting for an update, I suggest to watch a well made documentary by National geographic about the battle of Actium. With high degree of probability it will be our most difficult Naval battle in GCR. We have all leading characters already: Octavian, Antony, Cleopatra and Agrippa

In terms of ability, 5. But in terms of price–performance ratio, only 4. He’s just a little bit better than Cleopatra, not worth the price.
