Cleopatra have navy master, which allows her attack and his surroundings to have 15% bonus. Will the attack rise more if I let her have the Africanus uniform (same effect), or it doesn't add? If that doesn't add, Aggrippa will have it Same affect. I don’t think it can stack twice. You are better of getting Agrippa for that like I did

The econ generals were best in wc4 imo, where combined with a medal, you could easily jump start your industrial and technological growth.

Off-topic: That is if you were defending and letting your "living" monument enhance your output. A pure econs gen (like most of the French gens) is useless under most circumstances. At least Dowding can be used to launch air strikes. On-topic: If Cleopatra were to have econs skills, she'd drop from a 3.75-4.5* rating to 2.5-1*. If aggressive and smart enough, the economy can be resolved by conquering enemy bases.

Well, since the navy was basically sowardsmen and archers I see why they gave her Archer capabilities.

Indeed. Cleopatra is at least a 4/5 due to archer commander... Well, since the navy was basically sowardsmen and archers I see why they gave her Archer capabilities. She is still better than Li as Li’s lvl 1 archer commander makes me want to vomit. That combined with the fact that Li is a general cleopatra without the naval capabilities makes him a meh alternative. I’d say for me that she is better than Octavian, but worse than Drusus, Mihredates. Imo pedius always exists as a cheap alternative and he can also do things neither drusus nor mihredates can, this resulting in a good archer team, one with a tank, a nuke, and a debugger.

Octavian is actually very slightly better than general cleo, but general cleo has more versatility so she wins.

Octavian is actually very slightly better than general cleo, but general cleo has more versatility so she wins. The argument against her is really the number of Actiums or Ionian Naval Battles you face. Undeniably, she may have potential in helping out with Daily Missions, but her versatility is useless if she has no chance to consistently let loose. If you're just saving medals to fill the full 12 slots, she's good as the 4th archer if you just want powerhouses + 1-2 unique gens (like Cleopatra).

If you're just saving medals to fill the full 12 slots, she's good as the 4th archer if you just want powerhouses + 1-2 unique gens (like Cleopatra). Agreed. Whether or not she is better than Agrippa is also another question. To answer this I will ignore that if you share gcr on facebook, you get an item equivalent to the Africanus uniform. Its really not that good of an item, and imo it hurts Agrippa’s more important land potential to be considered. In the past, I said Agrippa was better than cleo. I think Cleopatra land ability as an archer is just as good as Agrippa’s land ability as an infantry general. But what archer commander does for cleo is either more than or equal to the contributions that roar does for Agrippa. In navy on navy battles, Agrippa has more hp and is also general, but Cleo is an aura whereas Agrippa will be by himself. You don’t really need an aura navy general as you can make the commander that when it’s really needed. But Agrippa will have massive crits at sea which can actually one shot some units. In the rare cases where Agrippa is at sea and a war elephant on a very weak carrier emerges is where Agrippa will truly shine as he will be able to get rid huge threats on land with mininal casualties at sea. But imo even that situation is very rare as most of the time you will be fighting on land not at sea. Yeah they are equal imo. They can and will be good if bought, but neither or the two is exceptionally strong on land to justify buying over say Vercingetorix or Augustus

Does Cleopatra have enough capability points to master what's she strong about (archer and navy?) Based on raw atk power from her Navy points, yes. Her Archer points is slightly less than what is desired (8 points). If you're looking for an archer, you may as well go for Mithridates who is the best. You don't really need to focus too much on navy, but even the Commander's raw atk points will be enough.

Isn't a land unit in the Sea counted as a naval unit, without any land bonuses? I mean in water You benefit from Your points in navy AND in archery for example. Is this true?
