I like both tbh but if I had to choose then Waffles. Belgian waffles are so good.
I know our Dutch community likely hates them but they are so delicious

Asking this is like asking someone if they'll give you their daughter or son: THEY CANT PICK, THEY LOVE BOTH EQUALLY(under normal circumstances)!!! I don't have children, if I did I would contribute to underage pregnancies lol but...I gotta go with pancakes. Waffles have the square pockets of syrupy deliciousness, but pancakes, it's the floppiness, the mess, it's fun!

I dislike syrup I can't explain why really but I just don't like it. Please don't throw stones at me but that's just me.
I like anything that has chocolate in it (requirement in order to become Swiss citizen) and waffles taste better with it imo. Even though pancakes taste very good as well

I can imagine Von Bismarck jr kicking in my door and throwing pancakes into my face while at the same time Haelicon is using a hose to make me full of Syrup. And Mountbatten is outside with a truck full of pancakes. |

Idk if you guys have ever had true Québécois Maple Syrup but it is DELICIOUS. Honestly the best stuff ever. If you don't like syrup, try the real stuff and you'll change your mind. Don't buy the fake stuff made in Vermont!

I like both and for some odd reasons I tend to prefer pancakes in the early mornings but waffles if it's in the late mornings.Timing somehow makes a difference!
