My ultimate goal is to build the city of Cuzco. My main need is industry(80,000). I currently have Christ the Redeemer(Industry) and the other Industry wonder. So far my industry total is around 16,000. Should I buy Borobudur(Industry) that cost 24,000 industry, or just save up 80,000 and bypass Borobudur?
