His talent is just so good that it makes him tip tier in the broze category. Siege is a great skill for destroying cities. Torch is mediocre. He just costs a bit too much. If he costs a hundred medals lower, go for him. But I think saving for a better general would be a better choice. Or buy him then resell him once you have enough medals to get Pompey or Vercingetorix.
