Actually all the gens has same price (if taking into account the rank of cheap generals) so in the very end I think that we have same situation as in EW6. There are best gens You should hire simply because they have better (and more) skills and here their price is more or less same as for the cheap gens. |

With only one minor detail - you can't hire the best ones right from the start But you are right. Rank is too expensive (and, perhaps, too important) in GCR to ignore it... |
