Here we go again , my friends . A new game has come , this time settled in the magnificient ancient Rome time! .... the opening is over, let's go to the point: Pacorus I at the beginning is as good as Arminius (or maybe you won't notice the difference untill you manage to exp him) . However I think a good choice at the beginning is to copy Pompey skills for your free general , maybe focusing on defence (yes, infantry is most defensive or a good counter to archers boosting its mobility). Then I'd choose Any cheap gen in cav (My friend PacorusI the iron deek) and archery. After having grabbed some medals It's up to you to decide between Cleo(maybe not) , Arminius/Scipio(he's so cool and usefull) or maybe the mighty MitridathesIV with a good defensive general(even Pompey or the fake one you'll design). Just wanted to write , cancel my thread if you want

Good tips. Mark Anthony is a general many of us are starting to like more and more, so maybe look out for him as well.

Why is arminius on such a terrible unit in conquest? Why is a land tile in Morocco in 1806 or 1809 in EW4 counted as a sea tile? It's one of ET's many wonders.

Because they wanted to give you the opportunity to deploy a navy general in conquest . This way you can sank the wooden fishing boat of a fierce nomadic tribe !
P.S. Do not let you distract by the fact , my friends , that soon we will sing Preussens Glory again in the next WW1 game!
