yuanzhong, I see Your Vercingetorix and Arminius are not max rank. I assume Mithridates also is not. Why don't You invest in it instead of new gens? We don't need big team now anyway.

I want to use Pompei and Antony only. But I have to buy Agrippa and Octavian for nice appearance of team. (I have to buy in order Archer-Cav-Inf-Navy) |

Hello generals,
My line up:
Infantry:
Comander - Inf. Commander, Ambush, Plain Fighting, Shield Wall - tank + offence.
Pompey - great tank
Crassus - city demolisher
Vercingetorix - berzerk offence
Cavalary:
Anthony - high mobility
Arminius - offence
Huo - offence
Scipio - city breaker
Archery:
Octavian - Cav demolisher
Mithridates VI - overall offence
Cleoparta - navy archer
As last pick i wanna go for Agrippa (navy inf) or Sertorius (def inf). If you guys have suggestions feel free to give. ( with some arguments if possible )
I equip Infantry gens with HP/defence items, Cavalary gens with crit rate items, Archer gens with atack damage.

After several months of watching Advertisements I restored finally my team I lost so stupidly last time... I will add Crassus and Huo later, but I am curious how many generals do we need at all. How many generals can we use in last campaigns and Expeditions?  |

How many generals can we use in last campaigns and Expeditions? Seeing as how we can normally deploy up to 8 units in an given Expedition battle, I'd say that it's 8. Not sure about Campaigns because I have not touched GC:R in quite some time, but a good estimate should be 6-8. Of course, we should always prepare for the worse and expect a measly 6. |

As Nobunaga said, in the last campaign chapters you are allowed to use 8 generals and trust me, you need those 8 in some misions.
I got first my 12 gens and after this i started upgrading them.
I think it's important to have 12 generals because each is specialized diffrently and you can use various tactics.
It's up to you.

I have 6 right now which are Pompey, Antony, Drusus, Pacorus, Vercingetorix, and free general max archer stats no abilities... Any recommendations for the next course of action? I feel like I should save medals to buy 2 more generals instead of upgrading the ones I have...

And it was the limit of generals we could deploy. So, I would say you don't need more generals until Octavian's campaign is unlocked. |
