I was wondering what you guys think of the new condition skills. I think the attack bonus for cav smaller than the enemy is bad, but the bonus for archers larger than the enemy is really good.
So far the morale based skills have been really good as i use them, but i do not know if i am just biased
Please give some feedback and your own thoughts on the skills!

The morale based skills are actually great. Since you can manipulate your morale more easily, having a skill that gives you 20% crit when you are given an attack boost, is great. Raid seems more situational, although it can be used to your advantage when you're forced to go against larger forces(just don't go against an archer gen with besiege).

Coincidentally you would need to take out Caesar in chapter 8 last Mission

High morale skills can be quite good as already mentioned. Plus, an item, Laurel crown, make your gen to always in high spirit so I guess this would be a great combination (though I have not yet tried it myself since it costs medal).
Besiege is greatly since you tend to have your gen command a large unit anyway. Raid, in my opinion, is situational and overall less useful because your gen is more likely to command a large unit, otherwise tends to avoid combat and the risk of being annihilated. The situation that Raid is useful is when fighting an enemy general with a large unit, which I tend to use archers instead of cavalry anyway. On a side note, Raid gives a bit more bonus damage than Besiege.
In mi opinion, it will be more interesting if the conditions for Raid and Besiege are swapped because cavalry can be use to clear out weak (and smaller) units while archer is for taking out strong (and larger) target.

I was thinking the same, i put raid on my commander (i started with him cav) but it seemed so lackluster. Sure, when he got low he can still hit for 80+ but i just don’t find it contributes that much because it seems to work best on a two stack, but that quickly evaporates and I need to bring him back to reinforce.
Besiege seems much more useful, but i do not have a general who has it yet.
Do you guys think that the bonus crit could replace plain fighting or even forest fighting as the optimal skills?
What about as a compliment to a city cracking skill, does the crit improve damage before or after the other skill, could we see insane numbers like Sophia?

What do you think of gens with Inspire talent (Morale of legion always remains high) and Morale skills?
If Inspire prevents morale from dropping, and you always use Oration on these gens, wouldn't this lead to a permanent increase in rate/frequency of crit atks?

That's the reason why Drusus is a star in Silver tier. 3rd best non IAP Archer
