Hi, i am new to this game and am greatly helped by your tutorials. But i can't seem to unlock the tutorial in military academy to upgrade the eye covered general.

You will need to make some progress in the campaigns. They will unlock as you go. I highly advise that you don't upgrade your eye covered generals. I would save up for Meyer or Ozawa. |

[Off topic] How are you guys today? It's 2:30AM here and it's 24 degrees (Celsius) but besides of the fact that I'm melting, I'm good. I'm so used to the cold that I have fur (or that's a side effect of being Kurdish, I think it's even a requirememt of the Turkish passport  ) |

In Switzerland 180 days it's raining and 180 days it's snowing. the other 5 days the sun might shine, note that I said might shine. |
