Do they have a chance to crit or we need like generals who has the skill/talent/item to trigger crits?

Just tested this with Quad stacked no high morale heavy cav. I made 50 hits against double stacked high morale cavalry. I made 3 crits while enemy did 5 crit hits. So we could say %5-6 maybe. Maybe %10 with high morale. I will try with high morale also with other land units. I can test navy too if you guys wanna see that.

I used quad javelineer from battle of carrhae this time.I used this because in the beginning a high moraled triple stacked swordsman legion hits you so i could use the data of high morale infantry. This time i had only one crit which makes a %2-%3 percent but the enemy legion hit me 7 times crit which is wonderful %14-%15.

I take it the % crit rates that generals get multiply that value by their crit rates. So for example arminius would have a crit rate of 12.5% instead of 10%
