What does it mean when you increase a city's tax bracket? The only change I notice is the image.

What if it's the % of population before your economy changes?
For example, what if by raising tax bracket, you need a higher % of population to be able to switch from Peaceful to Defensive?

I never use it myself, but I think it gives you more money in the city itself

I just tested it with Massylii in punic wars.
It had no effect when income was at peaceful, but when income was at defensive it increased the income back to what it was during peaceful.

Of the city I take it. Hmm. I’d probably say that as you won’t be on defensive agressive or crazy all the time, well if you are a responsible player, you won’t probably need these tax brackets. Probably building them would do more harm than good as you are wasting the resources you could have spent building something else.
