The reason I am asking is that for navy there is no cap - we can't upgrade its mobility due to building lvl cap, but it is shown that mobility of navy is not capped at lvl 4 And for other unit types it is strictly capped. |

andrei, so far I haven't seen any 4-star countries, so I'm guessing Rome and Han in the next conquest will be the 4-star nations. However there is a great imbalance between the three stars. Octavian and Antony both have 15+ cities but Lepidus has like 8. There is no price for retraining but you still have to pay for each upgrade if that makes sense. Also I'm unsure about the caps for mobility. My cavalry has level 2 mobility and it is the max, and my archer has lvl 1 mobility and it is the max. Maybe in further upgrades we can level our senate buildings more, then the cap may be lifted. stoic, intercept is 15 medals, I believe jungle is 25/35, will check when it appears in my shop. General limit for chapter 9 is still 6, but in chapter 10 it is 7.

So, basically. upgrading 3 mobility for infantry, 2 mobility for cavalry and 1 mobility for archer is max, even though we can have higher level buildings. For navy I have 4 mobility upgrades and it is not capped still - lvl5 is possible for 5000 gold, I just can't have it due to level of the Port, which is in my (not updated version) is maxed at lv4. |

Town Hall, Barrack, Colosseum, and Field of Mars can only be upgraded to Lv6 which means only one more troop upgrade for infantry and two more for archer and cavalry.
My Senate Level is at Lv17 progressing to Lv18, So what I can tell now is the Lv cap is at least 18. I still as of now I still see the same troop upgrade cap as before the game update.
Jungle Fighting is still 15 medal.
