Town Hall, Barrack, Colosseum, and Field of Mars can only be upgraded to Lv6 which means only one more troop upgrade for infantry and two more for archer and cavalry. My Senate Level is at Lv17 progressing to Lv18, So what I can tell now is the Lv cap is at least 18. I still as of now I still see the same troop upgrade cap as before the game update. Jungle Fighting is still 15 medal. What about quantity of daily mission at Senate lvl 17? Is there any increase?

Quantity can be increased by the level of the Town Hall, but now there are missions that give you 700 gold and 3 medals; they take forever though.

Dang, I guess I have to receive III rank for Caesar's wars first Btw, what can you say about difficulty of campaign missions? Campaigns are quite challenging, Iโve perfectly cleared chapter 9, and Iโm 2 missions away from completing chapter 10. Arenโt many missions that are crazy hard so far, but just some tips: In Antonyโs retreat or something like that, use your commander on a unit to travel to Lepidusโs camp so Lepidus wonโt betray you. In eve of war, the units you start off with are all going to die. Use Octavian on land starting on turn 3, and make him travel to cities so you can control more units and gain more economy. Also try to keep enemy generals near Corinth and Athens alive, and another full-health general spawns out of nowhere right after the previous general dies.

Campaigns are annoying. Some require you to redo it to 3 star it. Conquests, on the other hand, not so much. Especially when playing on Antony's side.
