I'm building my team with 4 inf generals (Pompssus, Crassus, Pompey and Vercingetorix) 2 Archers ( Mithriades and Octavian) and Hannibal and everything is going smoothly☺ So don't swich inf generals, bring them all to the party☺ Wait so is yours also a spin off of Pompey and crassus Like mine is: siege + pf + tunnel + infantry commander |

Yeah, but instead plain fighting I have shield wall. He is going to be hit a lot as he is a city cracker on the first lines so shield wall will be useful.

And maybe in next campaings we can deploy 8 generals...I presume the added content will be harder to complete. Remember that in some missions of EW6 we could deploy 12 generals.

3 Cavalry is great. Pacorus can't compete anymore, probably because I didn't upgrade his rank, and my Hannibal is pretty much him with more damage. Probably gonna replace him soon. Crassus can be used for both Cavalry and infantry. 4 infantry gens is good, although I won't buy vercingetorix, and am not buying bato, so I'll just settle for some other infantry Gen. For archers, Drusus and Mithridates is good enough. Still have my archer commander, so I'm a bit hesitant to buy a new archer gen.

andreiI think you are actually right about the cheap general point. If you buy them, not only will they help out with daily missions, earning their worth back within a day or too, but you can also shove them in the bad start up units in conquest and win really fast.
