Hello everyone, I wanted to start this initiative where we can all share our books, magazines, websites, scholarly journals, documentaries etc. that we would like to recommend that is based on History! Through this, I hope that we can share our passion, and also find out and learn new things and topics from each other. Here's a guide on posting in this thread: Format: [Topic/Historical subject]
[Title of media/literature], [Author/producer]
{short summary of work/what it is about}
(optional: picture, link or video if any)
I will start with one example:
[WW2, the SS]
[The Story of the SS, Hitler's Infamous Legions of Death], [Al Cimino]
{this historical work introduces, in a chronological manner, the story of the Schutzstaffel in Nazi Germany. From the Beer Hall Putsch to the Waffen SS's desperate defense of Berlin, the technical facts as well as the cruel atrocities are weaved in with numerous personal anecdotes of significant characters forever etched into history.}

Gee all I been reading lately is those choice games. I just started a new project about Napoleonic warfare. If I could just find memoirs from a personal perspective. Between Flesh and Steel Richard A. Gabriel It's military medicine in depth. Advancement of care, physicians, obstacles, etc. (The details are all on Amazon.) it is from the Middle Ages to recent conflicts.
