Just another thought he probably wont be on a british submarine in 1943, if so then ET must include generals like Tito and Papagos in 1943 too

I don't think he should be in 1943 as he was a German POW from 1939 onward but having generals from occupied land fighting for a different country could be a cool idea.

I don't think he should be in 1943 as he was a German POW from 1939 onward but having generals from occupied land fighting for a different country could be a cool idea. Like Verhuell in EW6. In the 1812 Conquest, France occupies Netherlands and Verhuell fights for them.

Why doesn’t Petain fight for Germany in 1943? Good point, it is fortunately accurately portrayed in mods like the GPW. I guess its to make France more playable since they dont get many territories and generals as well
