Which is the best choice? I have two eye covered generals and 750 medals. If there is a better choice besides Meyer then please tell me.

Ozawa has 4star ship and 1 * art as bonus he has good skills for see so I would choose him for air navy in begginers but I started with Yamamoto so I haven't played with him Greim has 2* art and 1* tank and his only plus is that he has supply

Is Ozawa with his increased price and and hp worth have 4 stars navy and 3 stars air as opposed to Greim with 4 stars air and the supply skill with more hp?

I know that both of them are air generals I said that I would choose Ozawa he is more multi general than greim

Ozawa is better, by his navy star and health.
Badoglio should be the first of all.
Meyer's health is way too low, you can try Crerar/Auchinleck.
