I have cavalry oriented Commander, Drusus, Pacorus I and Pompey.
The main issue is reaching the target zone in time, defeating the unit holding it and capturing the tile.
In most runs, I usually capture all cities except for the SW, central Northern and 3 eastern cities.
There was once where an allied AI unit held the target tile, but victory was not granted.
Any advice?

You dont need all the cities , but make sure to hold Rhaga and eastern level 3 city. You can distract your enemies with basic units from there. Research Imperial guard and try to get at least aggresive population stance.Try to make good use of Arson for the unit on objective.Optionally you can capture every city like the way you did and research governor tactics but I didnt try this one.Your generals are good enough , I passed this with inf com , commius and pacorus.

Go south along the mountains to avoid the river crossing and ignore the city with cross and if u want to deploy more troops, capture the tick city and ignore the Han city.

I capture all cities on the way to prevent enemy spam. China and Parthian are not allied so usually I stick to the bottom right. U won’t have time to capture the last Parthian city so just go straight for the objective when you are near.
