Tacticalmap image, xml files (add flag)
CountrySettings.json file
Image_flags_hd image, xml files (add flag)
Stringtable.ini (Naming the country.)
btl file (add country part 300 byte, owner ship, country number +1)
ConquerCountrySettings.json file (to can choose from conquest)

Problem is editing .btl files

Use the btl guide on the library. Set your view to the guide’s numbers and you should find the parts fairly easily.
