You can always take it away from him, through guile or by force, by hook or by crook Yeah, but it is a bad lesson for a future adult life A good lesson to teach tho is that someone may do it to him/her and he/she should be prepared . Also, only works if it's for the greater good. If it's for selfish reasons, it typically doesn't end well.

Massalia ended up really easy. There economy was so terrible I was able to bribe odryssian kingdom twice, so they joined 6 turns after the macedonia v aetolian league conflict started. Now that I have completed every punic wars conquest, caesar time!

Apologies, I noticed sardinia was blue. Did you take it along the way with spartacus hannibal and crassus. Also, how do you make sure lusitania goes down that fast. I have seen them last like 13 or 14 rounds

Friedrich “Fried Rice” Paulus, I Train 2 auxiliary units on one of the cities(forgot the name, the one just above Mauretania). One on turn 3 and one on turn 4. The first one goes to capture the lusitani an city my light infantry and archer is sieging, while the second one just goes and steal the other lusitanian building. There are instances that Turdetania screws up, but it's nothing too major. As for Sardinia, Pacorus and Pomey captured it.

I'm interested in a strategy where you try bribing the Aetolian league rather than bribe both Illyria and Odrysia, but it seems like it won't work. As for those who don't have IAPs, just substitute Hannibal and Spartacus with Huo/arminius/commius and Bato/vercingetorix/Labenius.
