Wondering which generals skills are most important to upgrade. My generals are:
Graziani
Konev
Fletcher
Rundstedt
Messe
I've gotten Messe's rumor to level 4, that's about all I've done so far.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

tristanknightYou are probably inevitably going to have to trade some of them off eventually, so I would do it just now to save yourself the grief later. Trade Graziani and Messe for Guderian, keep fletcher till you get the 40% discount for nimitz, then trade him in. Actually, I would keep graziani just trade messe. He is pretty solid for conquest. But you 100% need guderian. Rumor is the best skill in the game but you will need to shove armored assualt and panzer leader on him (you will use him instead of rokossovsky). Do not upgrade any of fletcher’s skills

Got rid of messe, I'm a couple hundred medals short of guderian. I can get those from domination and maybe replaying some less than 3 star scenarios Good, do that Done. Was able to do it from wipe out the enemy 9 and 10. I have guderian now. |

Yeah, after all the medals I've dumped on graziani, he's almost worth as much as guderian. So should I still aim for rokossovsky eventually without getting rid of graziani? You might need him for rommel 3 but he is not an immediately desired general. Now get upgrade guderian’s rumor to lvl 3 and give him cover lvl 1 (best price performing skill) as a barrier to any foolish decisions. Do not upgrade it any further. You can get rid of it once your team is assembled. Now try to get nimitz fully discounted and trade fletcher in favor of him. |
