Kuznetsov with lvl 5 rumor sailor and fleet leader may as well be donitz I dare say! I thought he was very strong. The only thing he really lacks on donitz is wolfpack. He is so overpowered. On a standalone naval general, I feel wolfpack does nothing contrary to ew6 and gcr. But I respect your guys’ opinions. Kuznetsov is truly powerful. He doesn’t disappoint. However, we like Dönitz because he has more end-game potential and is far more useful during invasions. |

You know where wolfpack really helps? Defending the English Channel when all those Nazi generals try to cross. Defending the west coast of the u.s. from the Japanese navy. Other than that I am not too sure when it's useful.
