I have several decent generals like Manstein, Patton, Rommel, Govorov, Yamamoto, Dowding, Goring. Whom should i buy next. I have alien campaign(1* and 3* left done 2* with UK) left only and alien missions. Should i buy Zhukov or Eisenhower? Artillery is important for alien campaign so which general should i buy?

You can get Konev if you have the medals. Or Badoglio.

Same as Mountbatten said, get Badoglio he's really cheap and awesome or Konev since he's a hybrid infantry artillery general

Sell Dowding for Guderian.
Put Manstein on artillery.
Three choices: Commander(a perfect one but very expensive),Konev(slowest, but both works on artillery&infantry), Bai C.X.(cheapest, weakest but still fine, 3 hex on field artillery).

Dowding is an artillery-air hero which is very important on alien campaign. I wanna buy Zhukov or Eisenhower whom should i buy? I have no sell option for generals. So konev is an option in exchange of medals.

Dowding's movement is a major problem. Since you have Yamamoto, you don't really need him. Guderian is really a good chioce to get as the best tank general.
If you want generals for the alien conquest, you can try: Manstein+Govorov+Yamamoto/commander(for attillery), Guderian+Patton+Rommel(for tank). Trust me, tank generals are still useful, they are the best shields for artillery generals.
Eisenhower: the best air force/navy general of this game.
Zhukov: artillery general who has very strong surviving skill.
