this is the British Empire final mission, also called British Empire. Here is the Video Guide
At the start the enemy outnumbers you by 5:1 (or more). But you have a lot of resources. If you have princesses to reduce cavalry, infantry, artillery cost do invest as the money allows you for heavy spamming and you have up to 160 lives so it will take you a while before you go in negative Tax. Put a navy general on your iron clad and focus on clearing the fleet quickly. Once you dominate the sea, it's much simpler. Give yourself few rounds to kill MacMahon as he has 762 vitality so it will take few rounds.
