I'm speaking of damage reduction here. mph = movement per hex Arty-20&Tank-10: 6 mph Tank-20&Arty-10/Arty-10&Tank-5: 5 mph Tank-10&Arty-5/Both-10: 4 mph Everything else: 3

Motorized Infantry: 3 star = + 1 tiles Commandos: 1 star = + 1 tile, 4 stars = + 2 tiles Super Tanks: 1 star = + 1 tile, 4 stars = + 2 tiles Field Artillery: 1 star = + 1 tile, 4 star = + 2 tile Navy: 3 star = + 1 movement Rocket Artillery: 3 star = + 1 movement That should cover it I think. Stars in between add to terrain resistance when moving

It helps them resist terrain. For example, manstein on ra vs konev on ra might move an extra hex on konev in one direction. Its like a sometimes occurence. But tier 4 movement on ra does nothing.

Click a tile, and on the top left corner you will see the damage reduction. That is what I am referring to. For example, a desert tile has both -10, therefore it will take you 4 movement to get to that tile.

Which means konev and bai move at the same speed right? Depends on the terrain. For FA, Bai has the potential to move one more hex.

I've been thinking about yamamoto too...He seems like the overall general..and bai and sun also is in my mind what do you say?

You won’t really need a navy general often. Same with halsey. I thought that yamamoto was a bit too expensive for what he offered personally, but he is still a solid ra general when needed. Sun is quite great but he dies quickly (but he moves quickly too so he heals quickly as well). He is a solid pick. I’d go bai or konev.
