Go South with all your forces and conquer the first key target and even the level 1 city (starve enemy army production). enemy will not attack you in the north. Once you conquer the first key target, expect heavy counterattacks, but mostly with light armies. I kept Blucher in the back and easily wiped them out.
As you continue full speed east ward produce your last cavalry general in the north, followed by spamming of Lancers and create a second attack wave in the north to conquer Quito and destory the enemy general. Blast very useful in this mission, load your cities with Military academies and Blasts.
