Rush north which is poorly defended. Once you conquest the key target cut south in two axis: SW and South. Prioritize occupying enemy farms and industry and using generals for blitzkrieg tactic, while regular units can be used to defend your newly conquered cities by counterattack. and voila. Completed in 10 turns
