I’ve just noticed this - am I visually impaired? Anyway, it appears to have the Gallicus Uniform for sale at 435 medals. I believe after conquering Gaul I already had it, is this an extra one that I can equip a general with? I have been saving up for the next appearance of the Golden Spear but now I’m wondering if the uniform with its increased attack if +2 for the unit and all infantry within 2 hexes is a better deal. Thoughts? Am I misreading the situation? I’m F2P if that’s of any consequence.

Yes, it’s a uniform that can be equipped as an item to other generals. When you share the game to your friend, they give you Africanus Uniform.
But I doubt the effects of those armors are better than a pompeii gladius. Anyone let me know: does that africanus uniform’s 15% damage increase apply to the unit even when it’s on land or not? Please help if you know anything or test it

The Gallicus uniform is insane . You can have 230 of attack without high moral on your free gen .

I guarantee . Btw , glad to see you ! Sorry I have lots of classes so the only gcr I have been playing recently is completing daily missions. With european war 6, I can play it while also watching lecture videos for one of my classes. I decided to go the full 2000 iap medals route in order to speed up my progress. It's costing me 415 medals. I'm sorely tempted. But is it better than the Golden Spear? Well, it's better in that it's available for purchase now and by the time the Golden Spear shows up I may have saved up enough to get it. But probability doesn't work like that.
It's got a 10% off sticker on it.

It can be used by any other infantry gen like Pompey for instance. It anyway seems like better item than any other. 15% more damage + one more gen with aura, even though aura is not that strong as in EW6 but anyway it's bonus. Cool. |

In fact, a small number of trials indicate that only one Gallicus armour will work in the immediate vicinity. It does allow for two separate infantry teams to operate on the battlefield though which is useful - I haves Pompey, Crassus, Verci and my general is infantry/cavalry hybrid. Definitely the spear next. |
