My progress in the game got deleted (ENTIRELY, like everything reset to day 1 with conquest and campaigns), not to mention the fact that I actually spent money to purchase Manstein (I had Guderian, Konev, Rommel, and Nimitz fully upgraded), I am actually super sad/angry right now... Any tips or suggestions are welcome! Thanks

For IAPs, you can use the Restore Purchases function.
For the rest, does the Cloud Save function work?
(This applies to phones of the same operating system, which fits in this case.)

Restore purchases can work well, but as for your progress... email the support staff for easytech and we shall see what they can offer as help |

Oh my, I know this is VERY late and I don't know whether you are even still active on the forum but I did not end up emailing E-tech because I decided it wasn't that important. Anyways, since I bought Manstein the conquests and campaigns are all very easy because I learned how to do them without generals the first time around.

If you are on an apple device you can save your progress on the cloud so that in case you lose your progress. I don't know if that is on other devices or not.
