This is a very nice battle with lots of enemy generals going after you. An important weapon to play here is the Blast military tactic as you need to conquer many fortresses.
Stay in the southern emisphere focusing on conquering the first two targets. You will spend a lot of resources and sacrifice armies to defend them later. Keep spamming infantry to defend the two cities and focus your generals on taking out the enemy generals, especially Oudinot and Napoleon.
