First priority of this mission is to send your generals to help Blucher retreat. If you lose both of your allied generals (with red circles) you lose.
Done that, conquer the Lv 3 city, then the Lv4 target, then send two of your weakest generals (by now the french have counterattacked and you will experience heavy losses) to take the other key target, level 3 city at 5 o'clock (or SE).*
Prioritize artillery to bring down enemy generals to preserve your cavalry forces. then it's a piece of cake
