The big challenge for this conquest is France.
As Egypt you have two neighbors: the Ottoman empire and Algeria. Algeria will be neutral for 11 turns, so you have this much to establish a beach head in Turkey. This is critical as it will weaken the Ottoman empire and will allow Russia to better support Austria against Italy and France. Push your generals thru Ankara and then cross the bosphorus to Istanbul
In parallel, build 2 artillery generals and 1 cavalry generals to face Algeria once they come to war (turn 11) and push west to cnquer north africa.
The remain threat is the Italian fleet that will head toward egypt around turn 11. While I start donating 100 gold per turn to russia or austria to better contain the french fury, you need to start spamming frigates to contain the italians.
