This is a very straightforward conquest for which one does not even needs generals. It is certainly easier if you use them, especially a quality artillery general. Even Jourdan almost ensures the success of the conquest. I accomplished the conquest with no generals and only technology available in the French Campaign. On that note, we'll dive right in.
The first turn is the most important. Immediately declare war on Spain and rush the one Spanish outpost in Africa. If you have any generals to use, place them in the very first round. Before passing off your turn, send protocol to Italy, Austria, and Sicily.
In the next few rounds, you should take the Spanish city, destroy the port attached to Rabat, and create a factory in the Rabat region (I generally make it one space below the stable).
When possible, make a siege artillery in the factory and prepare for the Spanish assault by O'Donoju, Ferdinand, Palafoxy, and later Torre. Simply defeat them by deploying light cavalry and militia to prevent the ground troops from landing while your two artillery pieces bombard them. After the ground troops are gone, knock out the ships. If you pass this step (all the units besides Torre and maybe a stray troop or two are done by round 15 or so with no generals), you have virtually won the conquest.
After that point, simply defend your land from further invasion. Your allies should overwhelm the French before conquering their allies. I find it usually speeds up the conquest of southern France and Spain by your allies if, once or twice, you send a boat toward Spain and elicit a response of 4-7 troops who then rush to their dooms along the Moroccan coast. You can help your allies with the conquest of Spain or the Mediterranean islands if you are feeling up to it, but this does not largely affect the conquest speed. The only way to really impact the conquest time is to send your troops to Egypt and Arabia whenever you can, for these areas are always the last to be conquered. However, this is not necessary. By simply passing spamming the next-turn button, you will still win the conquest with a rating of either A or S. Helping out merely ensures an S.
That's it, really. Let me know if you run into any issues.
