I just want to know if you guys know how to understand or decode this type of encoding which is shift.jis. Though I've researched things about it and after trying different things around the internet and applications to decode and understand it, i still couldn't get it. It's basically the def.commander.xml of the three kingdoms mod of European war 4 and the purpose of why i want to decode it or typically change it to other encoding type that i might be able to understand is to know and change some things on the Commander settings for example if generals are in-shop or not so that i could change it to be in-shop because i also found out that some generals in the conquest are not buyable in academy or basically does not appear in the academy like Lu bu, lu xun, zhang fei, cao cao etc. And that's all i want in the game, to have decent generals and conquer conquest though i know that the campaign is not playable and to be honest this game is amazing but so sad that the game was already abandoned by the modder. I'm an strategy game, three kingdoms, easytech game fanatic that's why this kind of things really means to me.  upload photos online |

Still alive in badiu I heard I just copied the credit text when i open the game using a copy text on screen app and after that i just paste the text I've copied which is the Creator's name on the search bar in baidu and an account showed up but I can't see his posts, do you know how could i see his posts? |

It was not an encrypted text, it was a just credits that's shows when you always open the game for the people who downloaded the game and play it will know who made the mod  full size image hosting |

So lately i found an information which defines who is the person who uploaded the drive file of the mod in google but i don't know who he is his and even the name text I don't know if it is russian or any else but if any of you guys know who he is please help me, I've already asked youtubers who featured the mod on their channel but still no response coming from them. I'm really in finding any news about the mod right now as an fbi case LoL xd  |
