Please help, iv tried taking over arminius' base iv tried attacking South or north, I can usually kill up to 30 enemies before my forces get completely wiped out. Generals are 2 horse, Hannibal and antony, 2 archers, starting gen and mithridites and two infantry, Pompey and vercingetorix I have 600 medals stored in bank no special items apart from max number of Pompey Gladius and a useful flag or two. Hardest mission iv done so far by a long shot I just can't replenish the troops I lose as my income is atrocious and all the surrounding troops to rescue keep dieing

  Deploy your best gens or the most mobile ones on the starting troops circled in red AND in the Heavy Cav unit in the NW. 1. Defeat the Sugambri ambush and prepare to rescue your troops. 2. Split up your army so that the fastest head northward. 3. Work with your troops to help them break of the enemy tribal territories. 4. Seize the nearest 2 germanic cities as bases and dig in to prepare for enemy reinforcements. |

Perfect thankyou so much I slightly modified it in my approach, I gave up on the south completely and smashed my way to capturing everything in the north camped in the lv 5 city lost almost everyone and on final turn managed to get the kills number with my last unit and got 3 stars by the skin of my teeth.

Perhaps deploy 2 generals to the north-west trapped pair of units, letting other pairs die from no generals, then at least you properly save one pair, instead of none. It also might be best that out of the trapped units, only the archers attack

Nobunaga Oda, tried again, just crashing north and north east. Now have Belisaurius so that helped. Got to the target city with not much left. Thanks
