Is there another way of doing Nimitz's last mission besides the carrier fleet way? Every time I take Nagano's harbor, Ozawa comes up north unlike the guides and he still has enough HP to tank through and recapture the port resulting in my defeat. I've been grinding so my navy tech is basically near max.

Pietro Badoglio, Arnold helped me a lot in your shoes, with 3 key points of rumor, crowd tactics and powerful missiles. Technology upgrades are also crucial in UN, so while aiming for the remaining conquest achievements using the resources to update your tech tree is a beneficial decision as well. Your generals are in the right path, maybe try adding plain fighting onto Konev and see what he can do  Domination mode will provide tons of medals for these goals as well

your next priority would be rokossovsky if you do not prefer any other tank general. Infantry generals can wait until you finish the game. On the other hand, Donitz is useful for daily invasions and domination battles as well

So get plains fighting on Konev and upgrade it to lvl 3 then start saving for Rokossovsky?

Pietro Badoglio is better off using Konev since he has Raider. well if you have them they are pretty useful imo  theres a whole list of possible areas that other units or generals cannot fill in. And Konev's raider alone, although pretty solid for the minimum, cannot help him much in like say some 8 medal and 12 medal daily invasions |

Actually, I’ve used Konev on the 12 medal Australian invasions on a commando and he devastated. But only on a terrain boosted commando.

Really frustrating when you get the commandos on easy 6-8 medal missions but get nothing on the 12. Not to mention, there's also a chance you get desert commandos on a forest map or vice-versa. I've been managing to beat most with Konev's rumor and plains fighting but it does get pretty costly replacing all the lost troops.

I play it’s since 2017 but I never finish the game(stuck with those terrorist. I wonder how they get those technologies and Field that Large Army with out International knowledge like they form under their nose) and lose progress after change my phone(Unfortunately I have very limited resources and number of generals my army are no match against them)
