I can’t win. How to win this scenario? 1. Split your army into 2 groups. 2. March on the enemy cities while defeating the raiders. 3. For any enemy gen you defeat, the respective tribe's existing troops should receive a 2X morale drop. Use this to flank and confuse the enemy troops, allowing for an easy defeat of the enemy troops. 4. Capturing the nearest base to the east and north will force the respective tribes to temporarily become passive "allies". You can see the tribe becoming a passive "ally" and the 2X morale from from defeating their commander in the picture above. 5. Destroy facilities like military bases to build Residential Areas and Markets so that you can build up a strong economy. 6. March towards critical "allied" bases and build defence forces once the enemy "surrenders". This allows you to better repel the backstabbing enemies and attack their remaining cities once they switched sides against you. 7. March on the Marcomanni before the "surrendered" Germanic tribes turn on you. Seizing the Marcomanni base allows for you to build more troops and receive more income. 8. Repel the traitors and capture their remaining cities. Do not for get Point 3! For each enemy gen you defeat, you inflict a temporary 2X morale drop! 9. Mop up the enemy and use Forced March to complete the additional objectives.

The tribes turned on me after turn 8. I probably wasn't as prepared as I should have been and I had to retake 2 cities. I eventually cleared them and the remaining enemy but that was a lot of ground to cover, I got 2 stars.
