I'm stuck in this mission whatever I do. I don't understand, I have good gens (I think) such as Commander (max inf), Crassus, Arminius, Antony, Mithridates, Labienus, and Pacorus. Maybe my strategy is wrong? Bad luck? Or should I sell a Gen for a better one?

Maybe my strategy is wrong? Bad luck? Or should I sell a Gen for a better one? You may consider strengthening your gens first by increasing their Rank and upgrading their skills. If your gens survive, they can continue to inflict heavy casualties upon the enemy.

Maybe my strategy is wrong? Bad luck? Or should I sell a Gen for a better one? Some of your generals are average at best. Antony is too fragile without destructive power in late game. I love Pacorus, buy him for a song and he'll carry you early, but he's not really high-powered enough for late game. You don't have Belisarius or Huo - two best F2P cav generals. Crassus and Labienus are solid, but you don't have either Pompey or Vercy - undisputed best F2P inf generals. I've probably spent more time grinding than you, my lineup was cav Commander, Belisarius, Huo, Pompey, Vercy, Mithy, Drusus, and don't remember. Easy three stars first time. If you haven't yet, consider getting items from the shop. I assume you've already allocated banners.

This is quite a difficult campaign if you play it for the first time First, Don't try to destroy the yellow targets , it will trigger reinforcements and Wei will immediately go to the city on the left. This can be said to be the easiest city or the hardest to defend if you don't destroy or kill the golden target. Suggestion that you keep 1 yellow enemy alive Second, don't hold Qabala in the first turns, let it be captured and lure Huo and Wei into the city in the back. Also send all your troops there. Then let Pompey retake Qabala with his allies Third, if you can, scale the damage so you can capture the city on the left from your allies

Arminius>Huo
I think I've done this analysis like a million times before but here we go again:
Arminius-Charge, Jungle, Guerilla, Assault, Garrison, 9 cav Huo-Guerilla, Raid, Assault, Counterattack, Cav Tactics, 8 cav
First, Guerilla=Guerilla, Assault=Assault (there should be no argument there).
Jungle Fighting is equal to Counterattack plus Raid. If you're smart and put Arminius in a jungle, he gets+20 damage in attack and defence. Counterattack is only 20 damage in defence. Similarly, Raid is only ever 20 extra damage in attack. Also, Raid is suicidal because you really don't want your calvary to be attacking really strong enemy generals (archers exist and if the enemy is an archer then infantry exists). Also, jungle fighting will be used more than raid or counterattack. Counterattack only works when defending, and raid only works when you're being desperate/stupid and throwing your cav general against the enemy's general.
Finally, you have to realize that Cav Tactics does barely anything. 10% crit rate equates to like 5% overall damage (I'm assuming crit=1.5x normal, this is correct for other ET games although I don't have the actual formula for GCR). 5% extra damage is equal to like 10 extra damage if you average 200 damage. So, Charge (20 damage to infantry) and Arminius' extra star combined are easily better than this 10 damage.
And after all this, Arminius still has Garrison which is not the best, but helps add a bit to his survivability.
So, all in all, Max Arminius is always better than Max Huo (and the general should be max considering the very high amount of daily medals you get).
