In World Conqueror 4, America has been slightly weaker generalwise overall than World Conqueror 3 *purchaseable ones, mostly*. Why is this the case?

Would be cool to see Lt. Col. Creighton Abrams or Lafayette G. Pool Im surprised about Abrams since the tank is named after him interesting ive read a little about Abrams in ww2 he was part of the 4th that spearheaded Patton’s 3rd during the battle of the bulge. During this time Abrams was promoted to the temporary ranks of major (February 1942), lieutenant colonel (September 1942), and colonel (April 1945). Abrams was promoted to lieutenant colonel eleven days before his 28th birthday. During much of this time, the 4th Armored Division (led by the 37th Tank Battalion) was the spearhead for General George S. Jeanne d'Arc, I see you are concerned about USA now that you have taken on a new persona  Aside from Nimitz, the USA generals are genuinely lacking, and maybe this is a nerf thats based on irl where America did not heavily rely on superior strategy (not to a huge extent that is) but more of chugging out its unstoppable war machine and overpowering with troops and machines. On the other hand, german generals are very skillful owing to their strategic achievements in the face of a much stronger (in terms of material that is) enemy like France
